If what you want isn't practical then Graham will always try to come up with a solution which satisfies your needs. It may even exceed your expectations.

We offer free quotes and estimates

Graham will give a fixed price quote detailing the specification of the work wherever possible, only varying the price if you decide to change the specification of what you want after we have agreed the price. If that isn't possible then he will give an estimate with a maximum price, if it costs more than that, then he stands the extra. If it costs less, then you don't pay as much.

If you want a small job doing, Graham offers a service where you pay a fixed price for the first hour of his time. When he arrives he will tell you whether the job can be done in the hour. If the job is bigger than at first thought then the charge is waived and the visit becomes a free quotation and you can decide whether to proceed or not.

"What will it cost me?"

Our pricing policy aims to keep the job affordable and Graham believes that it's your right to know exactly how much an electrical repair or installation will cost before the project begins and what is included in the price.

If you don't change the specification, he won't charge any extras. That seems fair to us, I hope it does to you too.

If you need to call Graham out to an emergency, then please do. I know that this might sound obvious, but please only call outside reasonable hours if it really is an emergency.
